::One should avoid the Postbank itself. Letters disappear or are not processed. Further processing will "take at least 2 weeks ... because of Corona". RIDICULOUS! The incorrect billing found by the BGH is not corrected even after 4 months. Customers are put off.

::Unfortunately bad and wrong advice! Had to turn to customer service myself. Then my request would be clarified, whereby the advisor at the bank told me beforehand that I should take a lawyer for a double debit. So actually no star!
