  Disaster. I can not believe. In the last 6 months, the bank blocked my account and eventually canceled it, even though the payment arrives on the account every 12th of the month. Disaster. I was supposed to provide them with a tax number. Disaster Run away from postbank anywhere.

  Employees are very friendly but they need more people to work there or open another one, because is always so full

  Never enough staff. They're polite and friendly though.
