::This post office branch is often closed when it should be open- the hours online (google and the Postbank website) say it should be open but you get there and it is closed. This has happened to me multiple times. In addition, you can’t even call them ahead of time to ask if they are open. I just called the hotline and was hung up on by the woman on the phone who also told me it was impossible to call this specific branch or to know if it is open or not. I have a 6 week old baby who I need to take with me to pickup a package which is being held there in sub zero temperatures, so it is not that it is an easy trip for me. If the post office needs to close it should both update their google hours and allow customers to call to see if it is open.

::Needed to send some items back to England as was backpacking in Europe. The man who assisted me was SO helpful a real credit to postbank 👏🏼 not only did he help me with a box but also all in English as my German isn't very good. Will get you that pint when your in Liverpool 😁
