  I am more than satisfied with the options offered in the branch. E.g. Internet, printer and copy service, photo service and of course the “usual” postal services. Also, the staff are very, very friendly.

  Terrible. A branch for the unemployed and pensioners. Before work it is closed (from 8.30 a.m.), after work it is closed (until 5.30 p.m.) and during the lunch break it is also closed (12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.). When should a normal working person send their mail? And no one is “nice” or “helpful” there anyway. It's best to close it forever and you'll be fine...

  My experiences with this post office have been consistently good. Posting letters, picking up packages, etc. is never a problem. Copies and printouts are also possible quickly and inexpensively.

  The new employee there (young, short blonde hair) seems stressed and/or overwhelmed. It always seems like I'm really bothering her at work, especially when she's talking to her colleague. I have had to deal with the unfriendly service several times because it is certainly very tiring and stressful for these service providers, like this post office, at this time. I am of the opinion that these people who go to work despite Corona and LockDown should receive our support. And if you're new (like this unfriendly operator), you still have to learn how the whole postal system works. Unfortunately, that doesn't excuse the fact that you make the customer feel unwanted and annoying.

  I've been living here in Altenstadt for over a year and a half now and so far I've only had positive experiences with this post office. People there are always extremely friendly, competent and helpful. Therefore, I can recommend this place with a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. 👍🏻
