  Ich weiß gar nicht was man da bewerten soll? 1 Stern für das Gebäude! Personal hat keine Sterne verdient!

  Trotz langer Wartezeit, fast eine Stunde, und Vordrängen eines Asylantens, der dann vorgezogen wurde leider(Frechheit siegt), wurde dann endlich ein gründliches Protokoll meines Falles erstellt. Die Beamten haben viel zu tun und sind oft überarbeitet angesichts der vielen Fälle

  Immer freundliche Mitarbeiter und stets offen zu Fragen. Mir wurde dort sehr gut geholfen und auch ein Gefühl vermittelt, dass ich richtig handel bzw. Informationen abgebe. :)

  Saw 6 armed police hassle a black immigrant today at 19:50 at the bus station outside Bauhaus. Despite offering no resistance or threat he was put against a wall and handcuffed, apparently on suspicion of possessing drugs. I immediately went to the police station to complain about police heavy handedness and got nothing but patronising replies from the duty officer. Disappointing, we should be more welcoming as a nation, this is not what I pay my taxes for, officers should be responding to the concerns of their citizens not ignoring them
