  It wasn't nice at all to go to the emergency room yesterday and waited a total of 8 hours for a doctor's assistant to examine me and in the end she didn't even say hello to me. The only thing was that a little blood came out of her arm. So in a completely unprofessional way I was told I had to wait about 4 hours for a heart doctor. It was really bad, how could you allow something like that to happen? An older man next to me was screaming for help and no one was paying attention to him. In my opinion, I would never go there again because you are in a much better place than the Bogenhausen Clinic!!!!!!!!!!!

  Many thanks to the entire team in wards 12, 18 and intensive 2b. We felt well advised and cared for at all times, from detailed diagnostics to intensive treatment to discharge preparation including aftercare with nursing services, psychological and palliative advice, etc. (statutory insured patient). Value was placed on the patient's dignity. The staff was consistently helpful, courteous and friendly.

  I can only praise Station 12. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I was well looked after. Mr. Dr. Hartung is very competent and sensitive. Many thanks to the entire pulmonology team. I can only recommend! 💛

  I can Dr. I cannot thank Hartung enough for his wonderful work as a doctor. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, but he was also incredibly warm and compassionate. During my father's treatment, Dr. Hartung not only used his medical skills, but also took time to deal with him as a person. His empathetic nature and his ability to build a trusting relationship greatly reassured my father and us as a family and made us feel that he was in good hands. Dr. Hartung's ability to communicate in a personal and human way is truly remarkable. Not only did he treat my dad as a patient, but he also made him feel like he truly cared about his well-being and recovery. I can Dr. Highly recommend Hartung. He is an outstanding doctor who not only has excellent medical skills but also wonderful human skills. We are very grateful to him for everything he has done for us and will always remember his support.

  My husband Klaus Kress was in ward 12 for a week because of his COPD and a terrible cough. Thanks to the whole team for the very good Treatment and care. You got him back on his feet. This is what a hospital looks like you want it to look like. The only thing that is bad is the 12 hour wait in the emergency room. Otherwise everything is fine.
