::They are after your money, watch what they charge you for. Made an appointment online because my daughter had a tootache and they had available doctor next day. Morning before the appointment I CALLED to ensure they treat children inquiring specifically about the doctor which we were to visit. The receptionist confirmed it. I told her the age of my daughter and said she needs a tooth filling. She said no problem. We arrived, they did a check up, but when it was a time to fill the cavity they said NO, we cannot do it, we do not treat kids less that 12 years old. Well, I did not go here only to find out my daughter had a cavity, I knew that, especially when she had a tootache already. A total waste of time and my insurance's money.

::Went with an extreme pain with my wisdom tooth today. I explained to the receptionist the pain was too much and if I can see a dentist now . The best answer I could get was " I can put an appointment for you for tomorrow at 12pm".

::Overall, this clinic lead to misunderstanding to make you pay more, and they charge a lot for treatment. Be very careful with that. I Had Pain in my teeth and needed to go there to root canal. The treatment was good, but I was unsatisfied because how they charged. First, they said that my insurance doesn't cover the root canal fully, and there are some things necessary that needed to be done in private, and if I dont do these my treatment would be incomplete. But then, after done, I found out that my insurance covered it, what they charged is additionally for things that my insurance already covered. Second, they said would be a cleaning in my gum, I expected this cost would be included in the initial price they told, but no, was additional that I only knew before do the first procedure and needing to pay for it, but ok this second point could be just a misunderstanding on my part. Third, they said that this gum treatment the insurance cover, but in order to the insurance cover there is a need to do another treatment that the insurance dont cover (professional cleaning). I found this information strange, so I verified with the insurance, that said that this is not true, they dont need professional cleaning for the gum treatment.

::I had a series of small issues with my teeth. I felt welcome, well treated and I paid an honest price for the treatments not covered by the Krankenkasse. I never felt less afraid of dentists in my life :D
