::Highly recommended to be calm and comfortable after a day of work. The service at the OCEAN BETRIEBS bar, the young waitress was excellent, after a very hard day of work the restaurant was closed and she very kindly prepared what we were looking for for my partner and I, a very light dinner and a cold beer, make our day!!!!

::The rooms are clean and has everything they need. Your front service staff needs to be a little quicker considering the amount of people in line and how long it took for us to check out (20+ minutes). I also wish that your vending machines was not near empty every time i used them. Your staff may need more english lessons to be more effective at their guidance and service.

::Totally recommend! Perfect place to stay with family. I have been here four times and was always more than satisfied. Value for money is just great! There is plenty of activities with no or very little extra cost such as tennis or bowling. There are two big pools (indoor / outdoor) and swimming classes (just awesome for children!!!). The staff is remarkably friendly and very supportive, incl. the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. My kids loved the âmini clubâ. It is offering different activities every day (e.g. visiting the âsea lifeâ). WiFi can be a bit unstable sometimes. I really enjoyed every stay in this hotel. Mainly because of its staff and service. :-)

::We stayed for a full weekend and were lucky to enjoy perfect weather at the pool (although there's an indoor pool as well, just in case). Breakfast was great, many things to choose from with attentive service staff refilling constantly. Reception staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly - Great work! Hotel offers activities for children (Babysitting included) and they are pet friendly. It is quiet and green, a veritable oasis - totally reccommend!

::Overpriced! Buffet restaurant food quality to be improved, variety is insufficient. It was indicated that they provide kidâs menu daily for the dinner, but actually we didnât find any during all 3 evenings. Big indoor swimming pool, but without kidâs zone of any kind (family hotel?). Gym equipment is old. And the very important: weekend disco in the bar was so loud, that we were not able to sleep being in our room on the 4th floor. Anyway views are spectacular, waterfront can be easily reached by feet.
