::This was the second time we choose this hotel to sleep for the night with my family (4years and 5 months old baby) when we travel through Germany. The bed and shower is super! Good location for this purpose. Helpful staff and good breakfast ! I recommend!

::We came to the hotel at 14:40 and first thing that heard not “hello”, but “you know that check in is at 15, right?”. So rude, really. Really first time in my life we had to wait in the lobby not because the room was not ready, but because staff said “wait” and continue chatting in the other room. So staff came at the reception at 15:15 (not even say sorry), there were a lot of people waiting for them (not just check in, but normal queries also), kind of chaos, phone was ringing about 5-6 times, nobody answered. And then i understood why they asked for online filling in the form, not for efficiency, they just probably have this problem every time. because they firstly wait for 15 o’clock and then get late, instead of working as usual hotels do. While check-in we learn that our room “probably not ready, wait for 5 min and then i will call and check”. So check out is at 11, check in is at 15 and after that you don’t really know it is ready or not? Btw all people there got the keys immediately and went to the rooms. Why it was not known situation just with ours? Also after woman at the reception started to deal with other customers. At the end we didn’t wait and just went to the room (which was cleaned). So shortly: total arrogant and not friendly staff. Giving 2 starts instead of 1 just because of the nice rooms, good comfortable beds. Also internet connection is terrible pretty everywhere. Disconnect after sometime by itself. And for almost everything (except towel you need to call to reception, and there is nobody all the time, don’t forget): to turn in the fridge and touletteries. Also: not good isolation.

::The wost hotel in Germany I experienced. I slept three nights in the hotel. For two nights I had no AC because broken. They repaired it on the third night with no possibility on change the room. The room was also super noisy because of an old radiator in the room. I talked to the receptionist and they said to wrote an email and they could not do much. I send out an email to complain and nobody answered.

::The rooms are really nice. We stayed here on our way to Croatia which was perfectly halfway from where we left in the Netherlands. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and give a good night's rest. The shower is also excellent. In the morning you can grab a decent breakfast and even fill up your thermos with coffee or tea! The city itself is quite a bit bigger than we initially expected. Plenty of decent places to grab some dinner or have a drink. Easily reachable when you're traveling by car. A bit further away from the city centre. But on the other hand very close to the highway, so an excellent hotel to stay when traveling through. The fridge needs some time to start cooling so if you bring stuff with you that needs cooling, it takes 30-60 minutes to get properly cool I reckon. In the morning our drinks etc. would be nice and chill for the road ahead.

::Had a great stay at this hotel. There was a minor issue with the room, but this was mitigated the best way possible. The service was excellent, the rooms are soundproof so no noise from outside enters the room. Even though the highway is 1 minute from the hotel. The breakfast is also excellent. Amongst all hotels i've used in the past this one is definitely amongst the best!
