  20 Minuten nach der angekündigten Lieferzeit wurde die Bestellung storniert.

  Wir haben in der Pizzeria Fiorentina zu Mittag gegessen. Die Pizzen, die wir bestellt haben, waren geschmacklich gut und der dafür verlangte Preis war vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Optisch ist die Pizzeria von aussen kein Augenschmaus, das Interieur ist aber recht schön eingerichtet.

  Ordered Pizza and Pasta today (4.09.17) for the first time and was more than Dissappointed. I ordered via the Lieferando app and got a confirmation that the food would come in approx 65min. Since they are situated in the city I could understand why it would take longer. After 1 1/5 hours i called the restaurant to check up upon the delivery. The man who picked up the phone rudely said that our area is not in their delivery route and that they cancelled the order. So clearly they got the delivery. However they did not call to inform us that they had cancelled it. Very unprofessional and frustrating. A phone call would have been the least. Would give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible.
