  Heute Calamaris mit Pommes Bestellt, beides war kalt und nicht zu genießen. Als Nachtisch wollte ich eigentlich das Hausgemachte Tiramisu versuchen, nur haben diese in einer Aluschale liegenden Biskuitstäbchen mit der darauf geklatschten weißen Masse absolut garnichts mit dem Klassiker gemein. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert!

  Pommes leider labberig und nicht durch, Schnitzel war gut und recht groß, die Sauce leider aus der Tüte, hat satt gemacht, was besonderes war es leider nicht...

  Also heute das erst mal bestellt über Lieferheld und es hat alles gut funktioniert. Eine SMS kam an mit der Bestätigung dass die Bestellung eingegangen ist und mit der Wartezeit von 40 Minuten. Nach 85 Minuten kam dann endlich der Lieferant wo ich zu ihm sagte ,, ich würde nur die Hälfte bezahlen und er und sein Chef meinten das würden sie nicht machen. Also laut mir ist das kein Service den man empfehlen kann.

  I ordered an Indiana Schnitzel and got a somewhat similar Schnitzel containing a non-advertised ingredient i was allergic to: mushrooms Upon asking politely whether it can be remedied we were told they are lacking authority to decide upon this matter and that the supervisor is not available right now, and we should try later this evening. 2ndCall: Same as before just that we should now try to call the next day 3rd Call: Supervisor is finally available but he claims we should have contacted him yesterday, now it is too late. Also he hinted at us being dishonest. Well we do not tolerate insults, so we have filed a formal claim with paypal now and will contact our lawyer tomorrow if a final effort to solve this amiably fails. (but by now we are so angry that a mere replacement of the schnitzel would not be sufficient compensation :-/) if you value your sanity or customer service then do yourself a favor and do not order here.
