::A medical and interpersonal catastrophe, As a [keratoconus] patient, I strongly advise against visiting this house! I came to the clinic as a keratoconus patient and was shocked to discover that the clinic management in particular, Prof. Dr. Dr. med Schrader, (treating doctor) seem to be completely uninterested in the patient's well-being after treatment and take a catastrophically archaic approach to diagnosis - Here, the service is done according to the rules and patients are fed off using standard methods. Communication looks similarly needy; An indictment. First, I waited nine months for an appointment to check my symptoms. I was diagnosed a few years ago. This is a worrying window of opportunity for eye diseases that, in the worst case scenario, can lead to blindness and dabetic retinopathy if left untreated. For someone with neurological difficulties, this is completely unreasonable. Seven months later, I was initially accused of not having had a follow-up examination. However, I did that, but the contact lens institute to which Pius referred me (again) was dismissed as a regular optician. My ophthalmologist literally withdrew his hand when he found out that the follow-up results were from an "optician" - Schrader's reaction was unfortunately similarly denouncing. As I already knew, the requirement of the health insurance company and the Pius to wear dimensionally stable contact lenses for prevention did not result in any improvement in the progression of the disease. There is no medical evidence that rigid contact lenses prevent the progression of the disease in any way. However, dimensionally stable contact lenses (along with the cross-linking procedure, which actually prevents) are the only two methods that can be billed to the health insurance company and carried out in the Pius. That's right - it's either about making money or not getting any further training. Interesting fact: When I was diagnosed at the time, only one eye was affected by keratoconus. At this point, a cross-linking procedure would have contained progression in the left eye and prevented development in the right. Either way, the follow-up examination would not have legitimized surgery because the deterioration in the values occurred 1 1/2 years later. Keratoconi usually grow in spurts that occur every 3-4 years and often pass after the middle of the 30th year of life. By not having the operation and waiting on the part of Pius, the disease was ultimately able to spread further, which continued to significantly restrict my vision. I was not informed by my ophthalmologist or the clinic. It's lucky that I have a third of my medical degree and can read Pubmed. I would have liked more information and expertise from the treating doctor here. The ultimate means of choice is therefore similarly wrong. If Mr. Schrader had actually taken a look at my patient file, he might have realized that my dry eyes and my ADHD diagnosis clearly speak against the prescription of rigid contact lenses. When I was told that I couldn't wear such contact lenses and when I was explicitly asked about alternative treatment methods (I know of at least two other operations), I got the following answer: "There are no other procedures and rigid contact lenses are the medical gold standard." That was the end of the conversation. I think I'll never come back and now I'll have to find someone competent.

::This practice isn't even worth one star! My husband was in this practice yesterday with our baby (3 months old) he had to wait 5 hours for the little one to get glasses made in less than 10 minutes 5 hours!! The employees at the reception are the biggest liars, I called and made a big fuss there saying that it couldn't be that my husband was waiting there for 5 hours with my baby. The biggest lying statement that a whole lot of people said was that my husband was 12 :30 a.m. was only in the practice although that wasn't true and he had been there since 10 a.m. Second lying statement that she supposedly called him 5 times and he didn't come and that's why the doctor made his way to the operation all of them After they came they were examined and they did all of this specially because my husband doesn't speak German very well and at the reception when it was my turn on the cell phone they really picked him up and shouted at him and had no understanding of it My husband keeps asking how long it will take! I don't understand why they hire such racist and disrespectful employees. I asked everyone about the boss. I wish I could contact him because that's not possible because with such receptionist aunts who lie and are so rude, this practice loses its reputation and you loses patients! I won't let things go like this! Because my husband doesn't speak German very well, he was treated today as if he wasn't human. Experiencing racism like that again hurt me so much for my husband. Unfortunately, they haven't learned to accept everyone the way they look and what they are like I deserve better than you Everyone at reception was a disaster! Each of them didn't give me their name because they were afraid that I would escalate like that. As I said, I won't let this go. I ask the boss to contact me so that I can make it clear to him what is going on in his practice! It's just sad what kind of people there are😒

::Dr. Lischka performed strabismus surgery on both eyes of our daughter (5 years old) with excellent results. We are really very happy with the result. A really great doctor. The entire team is very kind, patient and caring. We felt very well looked after with our daughter. The team at the hospital (ward 4) was also very warm and helpful.

::I had blindness in one eye, which I think needs to be treated as quickly as possible. However, the doctor's assistant at reception predicted a waiting time of 4 hours. on the grounds that you are a hospital. Why do I actually pay health insurance contributions of €400 per month if I don't get help in an emergency?

::Pros: well equipped good doctors Cons: doctors but not willing to listen. huge waiting time (spent a total of 4 hours in there)!! the secretary forgot to send critical documents to me (they were overloaded) Overall was not that bad. I would have given ***** if the waiting time would have been smaller.
