::Unfortunately, only bad experience with PIN AG as a parcel delivery company, letters work, but you can't really go wrong. I hope Amazon is announcing PIN AG as a service partner. Parcels are not handed over to the neighbor, parcel tracking is not possible, with all other delivery services it also works. On-site staff totally listless. And on special days (e.g. today, December 31st, the depot is simply closed without any information. As you know, December 31st is not a public holiday.) Stick with letter deliveries!

::Apparently no delivery attempt at neighbors, note in the mailbox for a depot 5 km away. Depot has mega customer-unfriendly opening times and even if you manage to get there two minutes before closing, everything is already closed. So take another half-day trip around the world again on another day, to maybe get your shipment with a little luck? No thanks. PIN Mail, the very last ...
