  We waited for the boat for a long time and it never arrived, even though they had their signs out and we were there at the time it said. Do not waste your time waiting for a boat that only goes when they feel like it

  Ab hier kann man eine ca. einstündige Spreefahrt machen, die man grundsätzlich empfehlen kann, weil man in relativ kurzer Zeit einige Sehenswürdigkeiten von außen gezeigt und erklärt bekommt. Als "Fototour" ist sie allerdings nicht unbedingt geeignet. Die besseren Fotos mit den gleichen Motiven macht man nämlich ganz in Ruhe (und nicht nur schnell im Vorbeifahren) von den Uferpromenaden aus, weil alles auch auf diesem Wege zu Fuß zugänglich ist.

  An otherwise pleasant boat trip completely ruined by the service. Ordered a snack and was told it would be an hour, thought about it, said we were cool with it and then after waiting for an hour, five told the guy we'd waited too long and no longer wanted it. He still bought it out after an hour, THIRTY and basically dropped it on the table and walked off. What an utter jerk!! I won't tell you the rest but basically stay away from this tour unless you want to wait hours and hours for drinks and the worst service you can possibly imagine. I hope he loses his job so this tour can get back up into 2-Star territory... Avoid.
