::The therapist Ms. Fischer is a top professional in many areas and you are in really good hands with her. I am really impressed by your skills. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the registration - especially Ms. Georgi. After multiple contacts, it leaves the impression that self-promotion and miscoordination take precedence over friendliness and real coordination. The wishes of the customers - especially if they are working and have time constraints - are not particularly important to her. It's a real shame, because otherwise this practice really tries hard.
