I have been a patient at the Hohe Bleichen sports orthopedics practice for several years and have received excellent care and examinations from all doctors. I would like Dr. med. I would like to express my warmest thanks to Mägerlein and Ms. Niemeyer for their extraordinary competence and friendliness. Her care made me feel comfortable and very well looked after during each of my visits. 🥰 I'm a foreigner and sometimes speak broken German on certain topics, but that was never a problem. You always paid attention to what I wanted to say and not only made an effort to understand me but you always took my pain seriously and listened to me attentively and sensitively. 🫶 Thank you for this excellent service. 🌷

That was probably the worst doctor experience of my life. I met Dr. med. Didn't even meet Sonja Mägelein. I made the appointment using the Doctolib app. I was reminded several times by email to actually come. In hindsight it's a joke... This morning I stood at the counter and was told that the doctor wasn't there. I could arrange another appointment. When asked why I wasn't informed in advance - there would have been enough time - there was just a shrug of the shoulders. The icing on the cake is in the elevator. The practice noted in the app that I didn't show up for the appointment. When I spoke to the lady at reception, a colleague (Mrs. Niemeyer) was called. When I told her that I found it unfortunate that I wasn't informed about the cancellation of the appointment, but that it was absolutely not okay that the blame was now being placed on me, she replied: "You will not stroppy!” Honestly, it's just poorly organized and the worst thing is the rude staff. Merry Christmas, Mrs. Dr. med. Sonja Mägerlein and team.

The team is friendly but I cannot recommend the service. Communication with the patient leaves room for improvement. The doctor is always busy and leaves the impression of trying to get rid of the patient as soon as possible. I have been twice and every time had to wait in the waiting room for over 2h past my appointment time. The appointment itself was very brief, half of the conversation had to be done in the corridor when trying to catch the doctor who looked at me for one minute and was already on his way out without explaining the outcome of his examination. As per treatment, I was offered an expensive test (again, no explanation on what or why or how it would help, only an ad prospect that I could pick up at the reception) that is not covered by the insurance, and the doctor said he cannot do or recommend anything otherwise. I find it hard to believe.

My impression is that the doctor only wanted to recommend a 250-euro procedure without doing a proper examination. Dr. Dilger has performed a very quick, superficial examination and disregarded my known previous conditions. Knowing that my spine discs were diagnosed to be damaged several years ago, he prescribed no MRI and no specific procedures, gave me a leaflet with exercises only after I specifically asked. Responding to complaints about knee pain - again, superficial examination, no MRI or Xray to see the exact condition of the knees, just a general comment about how to load the knees. As for the 250-euro pose analysis procedure, it may be a helpful diagnostic tool, but it's not a panacea and I'm sure that a lot can be done without it, using conventional diagnostic methods.

No service and client orientation, reception are the worst possible staff you can hire - rude, inefficient, not able to assist properly, half of them don’t speak English. Doctors are more of sellers - after first visit (covered by TK) had to leave 250€ for some procedure highly advertised by the doc.
