::Just great I got my defective computer back within a day. The staff are super nice and were able to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my computer. After a brief description of the problem, you could also tell me the price, which I found more than fair. (Even here I had a bad experience in the Magdeburg area.) If there is a problem with my computer again, I will definitely go to the PC emergency service. Highly Recommended.
