::Two words: Never again! I handed them a blazer, he was 3 days later than he originally told me (so that makes 10days). What's worse, though he had given me another price initially he then asked for 5 euros more. Guess it's got to do with my not speaking german, since I can't find any other explanation, given the 5 star reviews. Definitely not worth even the one star. Utterly unprofessional and typical example of bad services. Well, for a town that wants to host tourists and be a "kulturhauptstadt", the unwilligness of the "professionals" to use the English language is almost funny -- except when it costs you 5 euros more.
