  TV went on at 5am really loud. Remote control was untouched under the TV but I couldn’t find it in the dark room. I couldn’t sleep again after that and just signed out and left at 7 after 4 hours of sleep. Really annoying.

  Stayed here for 4 nights. When we first arrived we didn't think a great deal about this hotel. The front of the hotel was locked and we had to walk around the back to get to reception. Very friendly at reception. Smooth check-in. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. If you book a standard room you will have to pay €10 per person per day to use the pool. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. We had evening meals in the hotel on 3 occasions. It's only a small menu, but the food is scrumptious. To go into town you take the tram no. 4 just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel sells you 2 day tickets for the tram(incl some reduction on the entrance fees of attractions in town). And it works out a lot cheaper to get from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel. I would also like to say a very big thank you to all of the staff who looked after us!!

  We stayed here for a Conference that was held in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helped the conference run smoothly. We stayed a few extra nights for some sightseeing. The staff here was top notch and helped us schedule Taxi's, airport shuttles and gave us detailed information on using the Tram system. The restaurant food and service was fantastic, especially the huge breakfast buffet! Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Augsburg and look forward to returning again next year.

  Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. I suggest their restaurant. Meals were great. A bit expensive but worthy. Breakfast was good, the area was in the restaurant and there were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. Also... music in the toilet 😄!

  Very comfortable hotel with welcoming staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. Amazing spa complex with steam room, four saunas, swimming pool etc. Decor is a slightly odd mixture of old fashioned and modern; dining options are somewhat limited: in house restaurant is delicious, but quite pricey and a very limited selection. The only other option nearby is McDonald's, or take a 20 min tram ride to the city centre.
