  The fact that room cleaning is better organised, at the request of the guest, is an improvement. The more so since we had a dog with us. Clean towels at the reception were readily available. The Sylvester program, food was excellent. Drinks took a bit longer time. Excellent young "brigade".

  The hotel is outstanding. The only downside concerns the sauna complex, where, despite it being mentioned everywhere not to reserve the loungers, everyone just does it anyway. In principle, there are enough deck chairs if everyone would just alternate, but now they are just reserved from the morning onwards. Surely the hotel should monitor this better and change this so that it remains an excellent experience for everyone.

  Good hotel, but we went there for a short honeymoon (in to a normal room) when we booked we especially noted that we wanted the late check out. We got an answer stating this wouldn't be a problem, we just had to let it know a day prior to check out. When we did we got a harsh answer of the receptionist that we were out of luck and they booked the room for the next day we had to leave before 11 or else we would be in trouble... This completely ruined our experience with the hotel. There was an other receptionist (male) which was very helpful but the lady was very unpleasant. The roomservice only changed the towels and didn't even make the beds or do a quick vacuum. Also very poor for a four star hotel.

  Overall great hotel: attentive staff, super facilities, wonderful nature area around to discover. Our daughter especially liked the kids water area.

  The stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff is very friendly and at your service. The room is perfectly clean. Pools and sauna are the right place for rest and relaxation. A natural and peaceful environment that is suitable for everyone. A rich buffet breakfast. Any recommendation to visit this hotel.
