::One of my least favorite memory's, I was handed a single room , what was nor so friendly, i told the receptionist I would like one with a balcony 😅, there it was problematic. Then they entered my room to put me a bill 4 extra services because of the accommodation, the thing is put on the door do not disturb sign, they could of called or emailed me, never the less no regards 4 privacy or intimacy. The lack of empathy and intimacy was explained there was an emergency with the eating, but in my room was no boiler. In all a horrible experience with pay 4 me. If u 2ant no privacy and to pay extra, go to this Hotel. 😤 I hope I will not be needing there services.

::Stayed for the Etappe 2 & 3 of Habichtswald steig. Perfect location, really friendly staff, and sauna after 2 days hiking was lovely. Bar staff were particularly helpful and patient with our large group :)

::Very good rooms, good Service, three Saunas und a very Nice Place to relax. The dinner (buffet) was good.
