  Super beautiful hotel with an amazing view!Unfortunately,I only stayed for one night...The room was very clean with a beautiful design and big windows.I stayed on the 29th floor and the view of Berlin is simply breathtaking.The location is perfect-literally in the heart of Alexanderplatz,surrounded by a lot of shops.The staff was also very friendly and willing to help.The only con is that the air conditioning was not working(or maybe I didn't know how to turn it on)but this was not such a big deal for me.I will definitely visit again in the future!

  The room was pretty good and the view from the room was great. However, I wished there was a longer curtain dividing the toilet area from the bed. And also, a small refrigerator was missing. But overall, it was a good experience.

  We got to stay on the 27. Floor with a amazing Panorama. It's very clean and there's not much to complain about. I read a lot about the cleaning service is coming multiple times. And thats true! once we came back to the room around 10AM room was already cleaned. within the 40min we stayed in the room our doors got opened twice. Also we didn't book breakfast but we went once (13€ each) it's really nothing special, not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend for fresh couples since the bath is very open 😂

  I have been staying at the Park Inn at least twice a year for many years and have always found it very comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff,

  good hotel service..they have reputation for good hospitality service,so i was not surprised
