  No hospitality or customer orientation at all, not able to check in (due to misfunction of the check-in machine), not answering the phone although they promise to be available until 23.00, receptionist cancelled our booking but the hotel let us pay half of the amount for a room we haven't seen, no way you go there. Treated badly and unkind

  Not in a particularly inspiring location, but rooms are all very clean, equipped just fine. Good value for money.

  Check in machine is terrible. Staff are nice people and located above Rewe. Which were good thing for me.

  Clean very nice team need airconditioning for warm days supermarket below is a blessing highly recimmended for lidging ibtetnet was very bad for two days but third day perfect
