  So the opening times are rubbish, just because you've moved I always have to go to Dierkow just so I don't have to pay any fees

  Please note that the self-service machines cannot be used from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. as the doors are closed. In the old branch this was possible at any time without any problems. The reference to the branch in Dierkow is really not nice for pedestrians.

  I'm very dissatisfied with the new Sparkasse, I've only been open for less than 3 weeks and since it opened there have been constant problems with the ATMs 👎

  I've been a customer there for a long time and have often had concerns. The advice I have received there so far has not been really satisfactory or tailored to my needs. When talking about insurance, building savings contracts, etc. But the consultants are very committed and sometimes get offended if you say no. The ventilation in the new branch is also really bad with the machines. I've been there several times now and one of the two machines was always out of order. And the other one could only give out a fake variety. (100s) For small amounts you should go to another branch. Almost nothing stands in the way of me switching to another bank. My recommendation is to open an account somewhere else.

  I called 1 day in advance because I wanted to buy the Danish krone. Asked 3 more times. And surprise NO MONEY THERE!!!!! You have to order in advance, which of course I did. The staff didn't really want to help and the lady wasn't nice.
