  Employees have little interest in customers. No cash withdrawal possible. Employee says then the card is probably defective. Another bank 200m away, money withdrawal possible without any problems!!!

  Very brash employees at this location. My friend from Africa had an account there, one day he was called by an employee at this location and he told my friend that money was being withdrawn from his account in Ireland and someone also had access. This is just an excerpt, it would take a whole essay to describe it here. The fact is, there were more than 2000 euros that were involuntarily “transferred” to another account. After a while my friend was lucky enough to get his money back. This branch is not recommended for foreigners.

  Today I had a problem at the bank at 4:30 p.m. The employee was bad and rude. He said he didn't have time for his work. I had a problem with the bank account. He treated us with disgust for not being polite. I would close my account at the bank due to abuse, the employee is disrespectful and doesn't respect customers

  So horrible service. They behave as they are your customers and not the other way around. I will change Bank just because of them
