  After years at another bank, I ended up back at OSPA this year. I received very good advice from Ms. Dobler and the service, both in terms of advice about the account and the service at the counter, is really nice. People still work there, how refreshing that is. The cash deposit machine always seems to work, which is often not the case with other banks. I am satisfied with the decision to go back to OSPA.

  Only good OSPA branch in Rostock! The only thing missing is a deposit machine in the anteroom.

  Very nice contact, unfortunately it often takes a very, very, very long time, you sometimes have to queue for 30-40 minutes to get to a counter. Unfortunately you can only withdraw or transfer money but not deposit it because there is no ATM.
