::I came to the branch to change the TAN procedure. Since the Sparkasse Langebrück's opening hours are now limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays, I stopped by on a Thursday. The woman at the counter asked me for my ID, but unfortunately I didn't have it with me. I would have gone out again and gotten it, but in the same breath the lady added that she had to leave on time. To me the situation seemed very dubious and not really customer friendly. I find this just weak given these underground opening hours. You can do it better Sparkasse. All the best
