  A very well organized railway station. Not too busy, all the required facilities are there. I boarded the night train to Zürich Switzerland here in August 2020.

  Well laid out, signage is excellent. The trains come and go on time. What's not to like?

  Berlin is (like most major cities) full of homeless people and drunks, especially at the stations. This place is sadly no exception to this but if you avoid them it won't be a problem.
