  I've been shopping there for years. I use a very rare combination of medication. I have tested it. No other pharmacy in Potsdam has this medication in stock otherwise .... That is crucial for me.

  The seller (senior gentleman) was several times rude to our children while shopping. If we can avoid it, we will not buy here anymore.

  Mr. Kärgell is simply the best, always a smile and a spell on his lips, for my daughters he always has a balloon. Recently, a colleague made it impossible and provided us with a non-wholesome vaccine (doctor had 2 weeks no success).

  Rude, unfriendly, rude, ..., meets the older gentlemen, apparently the owner and one or two employees. The few nice employees do not last long there. Fortunately, Potsdam has a very good pharmacy density and I do not have to go there anymore.

  Great pharmacy, with great service. The older gentleman, I believe, is the owner or at least the chief pharmacist and has worked there for years. It is and will remain a unique Zentrum-Ost and simply belongs to it. I am completely satisfied and will always meet my needs there.
