::Catastrophic ordering system in the outpatient department of the orthopedic department. My mother-in-law is 85 years old and needs someone to accompany her because she is physically very weak. We are now in the outpatient clinic for the 4th time with waiting times of well over 1.5 hours (despite appointments). The order here seems to be arbitrary, as several patients were given priority even though they appeared later. Especially on our last visit on March 18th we had to wait over 2.5 hours. In the meantime, the older woman was in increasing pain on the stiff waiting room chairs. When I asked when registering, I was informed that the attending physician would determine the order. Apart from that, my mother-in-law had a different doctor every time she visited and she had to describe her symptoms to from the start. Professionalism and an orderly process look different to me...

::I was a patient at OUK Rostock for the second time from February 29th, 2024 to March 6th, 2024 and would like to thank you for the very good care. I was looked after very well on ward Z. The whole team was always nice and friendly, whether the doctor, the nurse or the service staff, they were all super nice. I was, as they say, in good hands. So a big thank you again

::Great from the outside, bad from the inside, very nice renovated building from the outside, but from the inside the whole thing feels like a clinic from the 17th century. Some of the staff are unfriendly and extremely overwhelmed; the doctors don't know what to do first because they have so many patients to look after. The only good thing is the mammography area of the clinic, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Even Op moderately so far I've only had good experiences and only heard good things. Recommended.
