I was always put off with a different reason, sometimes there were existing customers, sometimes the employee who made the appointments was absent. Last week I was definitely promised a phone call to make an appointment. There was no call again! That is outrageous. If you don't need an order, you should just say it. There are enough companies who want to accept an order. I am annoyed that I let myself be put off for several weeks.
