::An outrage! I called three months ago and made an appointment for February 29th then I received a message two days beforehand that they had canceled my appointment again and that wasn't the first time, it's been several times now. I have no idea why that is, perhaps because I have statutory health insurance and not privately. In any case, my human rights were violated because I was not treated like a human being like a citizen of Germany

::Very overpriced factor calculations! I was given a cost estimate of 19,000.00 euros! Another and even better dentist did the same work for the equivalent of 13,000 euros. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

::Unfortunately the screw on my implant broke and the rest was still in there. Since it's a 20 year old system, no one could help me since the wrenches and screws are no longer available. After two dentists told me that there was nothing that could be done ("a titanium screw shouldn't break"), I turned to the OPI center. There I got an appointment with Dr. Jan Foitzik. He was actually able to help me and calm me down. This practice has what feels like every special instrument there is. With skill and patience, he tinkered with the implant for over 45 minutes to remove the broken screw. Where others would have given up long ago, he worked with calmness and always new tools (mini, small parts!!) and finally removed the screw piece. I can only thank you a thousand times for the professional and competent work. I am so happy and grateful. I would confidently contact this practice again at any time. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
