::Great building, modern and harmoniously renovated, great service, friendly and competent. The best thing, however, is that as a customer I can purchase shares in the bank and become a member of a cooperative that also supports many projects and associations in the area. Bravo!

::A year and a half ago I opened a bank account and initially deposited 50. After some time I closed my bank account. I asked to refund the 50 euros I had deposited. I was told they would be transferred to my new bank account after three months. Three months have passed but my money hasn't been transferred. I wanted to ask again, they told me that they would be transferred to me after the New Year. Again my money wasn't transferred after the New Year. I went there for the third time and asked what was going on with the money. They told me in the summer that they were being transferred to you, and they lied to me like that for a year and a half, I had to find a lawyer and soon a pretrial will be initiated.

::Since the great renovation of the Volksbank, you can no longer make transfers there. It says succinctly that you should now use online banking. Who wants to link their bank details to their cell phone or other electronic device? This is dismantling service, or shifting responsibility. With a closed intranet system, the bank is responsible for errors, but if something happens during online banking, the customer can easily be accused of gross negligence or something similar. I was at Volksbank for 24 years and now I'm being driven to look for a good bank with real service. Who will stay with a bank that has brought its service in line with the cheapest online banks, but is at the top in terms of price? You're really only financing the renovation work of ostentatious buildings and unnecessary salaries from people who give you advice that ultimately destroys their own jobs.
