::My mother was with you recently and asked for help with the change. Because she couldn't handle the machine on her own. She was approached so rudely by a gentleman that she should do it herself and when she said she didn't have her glasses with her, the good gentleman said she should please go home and get the glasses. I find that very disrespectful to older people!
