::Since my old entry was deleted because the branch closed, here is my two cents about OLB: They announced months in advance that from December 1st, 2019 the Wüstenrot accounts would be transferred "without any problems" and then switched off the old online banking completely on Friday and did not switch it back on on the promised Sunday. For days afterwards nothing worked and I couldn't buy anything, order anything, withdraw any money and pay my rent. Tried to call several times and only got "lines overloaded, please try again later". After 6 p.m. there is no service at all. Very well done! Thanks OLB for nothing! I then switched to ING and Comdirect, no problems. Since then, there is only a small amount of money left in the OLB account for the cell phone bill and I have not yet agreed to your "Kasper terms and conditions" because that would be a unilateral change to the contract to my detriment (account management fees instead of free). No thanks!

::This is just an incompetent company where those at the top make the money. My grandma *1910 would turn in her grave if she knew what happened to 'her' bank!!! Should close it!

::Customer service is poor, no information as to why the depository transfer was rejected for the second time for no reason. I was supposed to send my request by email, to which of course I received no response. It's a good thing that there is internet these days and I have plenty of other options on the market. Ignorance and arrogance are rarely good.

::It's a shame I have to give it 1 star. Never experienced such poor customer service from a bank. Customer letters are not read properly and you receive 0815 replies by email without specifying a contact person. I'm changing banks now.

::There is an error on my account from OLB. It's a very urgent and important issue that I've been wanting to have sorted out for days. I've been calling again and again for 5 days and all I'm told is that I have to be patient and that my contact person/department would get in touch. As I said, this has been going on for 5 days for an urgent case.
