  Great place to enjoy your lunch or dinner. BEST Sushi! The ambience is cozy and the staff is super friendly. I can only recommend this place ;)

  The place is quite expensive but location and food quality are really great. If you come on busy night, it really takes a while till food comes. But it is really delicious.

  So , the service here was great and the restaurant was well organized.. and talking about food ,personally for me was rindfleisch , lammfleisch and chicken wings a treat to my taste buds, and sushi was also good..

  Good value for money, but the service is not up to the challenge. The interiors are richly decorated, with plenty of space and a pleasant environment (a bit on the dark side, to be honest). The format is all you can eat, but during several experiences there was the issue that orders placed (through a tablet) are randomly delivered (as dishes are prepared they are served), and very often not delivered at all (or perhaps someone else's order is brought to you). They do not have any system of tracking who ordered what, what was delivered, and when it was ordered. So a complete "IT system" mess, coupled with an understaffed kitchen result in a frustrating, random order, and unpredictable timing lunch experience.

  I've visited three different Okinii locations, and I've enjoyed each of them tremendously. The Düsseldorf Okinii fell right in line with the service and experience I expect from the chain. The food was terrific. Even though the place was busy, everything was delivered quickly. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. My German is horrible, but all the staff I talked with spoke great English. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. I can't wait to go back!
