::A small bookstore with a little cafe at the entrance. The English section has well know contemporary titles, some with special editions. However, both the cafe (4€ for a tea, really?) and the bookstore are a little expensive.

::update to previous rating. its unfortunately not a very child-friendly place...even though seats seem to invite to read and linger, staff gets very nervous about kids turning the pages. Why do they offer seats next to the kids books and no extra kids corner for play? I can understand that books are fragile and customers picky if it comes to damage, so i feel for the staff. However I have in only a few months become a regular customer and bought 25 books there in short a time...including many expensive hardcover books, many childrens' books after my daughter glanced at them, literally all my xmas shopping. . So I am not the worst customer...still I don't feel very welcome with my daughter. Shame as there are so little other places like this and its actually a really cool place.

::One of my favorite book stores in Berlin. Has a very unique and modern collection of books and a small cafe inside. Atmosphere is very welcoming and you feel like you can just sit there for a while and explore the books with a good coffee.
