::As a pain patient with a planned operation in the cervical spine area, I called today in the pain ambulance to ask for an outpatient appointment. I was connected to an absolutely incompetent employee who had to ask internally a few times after the procedure and then, when I asked how long such a process took, I had to wait at least 16 weeks for an outpatient appointment , Without, however, that the employee to inquire about the urgency of the disease. I find such a behavior unacceptable! Even more from such a specialist clinic! This behavior was very strange to me.
