  I usually like Novus but last time I was there I saw a mouse running through the tables. I alerted the bartender who reacted with a dismissive “okay” and went about his business unperturbed. One can wonder what such nonchalance at the sight of rodent signals about the place’s hygiene.

  The best breakfast in Mannheim. Fresh croissants, perfectly cooked and eggs and excellent coffee. Very friendly service!

  Great brunch buffet as we went on a Sunday, very accommodating despite my lack of German-speaking. Order for drinks and eggs taken as you sit, then help yourself to the buffet. There was bacon, sausages, salmon, bruschetta, breads, pastries and desserts inc. Waffles, amongst many other things. Waitress was extremely friendly and would recommend and certainly return.

  Great alternative to hotel breakfast. Drawback is they open late morning. Not very useful for business clients. In fact it's pretty late even for tourists. Nice breakfast choices. Decent coffee. Saturday was busy. I wouldn't recommend it. Service doesn't quite cut it. Overall worthwhile. We went twice. Wonderful staff.

  The burgers were huge!!! The potatoes in the country burger set was really delicious, usually I don't eat fries but these "brown" ones taste not like oil or unhealthy fried food. (Although actually they were :))
