  Overall the stay was very good. Hotel was easy to find, just a minute or two from the main station. Room was large with separate bathroom and toilet - though the toilet was a little small. There was a step up into the bathroom, so if you have mobility issues then I would recommend asking for an accessible room if available Bed was comfortable and black out blinds were fitted to all windows. I didn't find it too cold, but my fellow travellers did say they weren't able to increase the room temperature to feel more comfortable for them. The bar was apparently under renovation, but there were bottles/canned drinks available and it was possible to sit comfortably in the entrance hall area with friends. Breakfast was well laid out and lots of choices, though on busy days there was a wait for tables and some items ran out. The staff working in the breakfast area were very good and topped up items when possible. They did not rush us at the end of service, so there was no need to rush at 9:59 to get items before a 10am finish, which was very good.

  A 3-star hotel in the North of Germany without central heating? You have to heat by using the airconditioning while it's snowing outside...while the bathroom etc are clean, it still has a worn down appearance because of stains on carpet and seats, also, one sink was clogged...location close to the train station. Breakfast OK.

  Super convenient location close to Hauptbahnhof, so despite arriving in a biblical rainstorm, not far to swim! Charming and helpful staff, close by a supermarket so no need to worry about eating, also recommended we use a delivery service. Quiet despite the location and felt very safe. The room was tired in terms of decor; carpet very stained, table surface damaged. However, this was not a real problem as the price was very low and the room was super clean. One tip though, please - if you have a microwave as part of the deal, then supply of plates or dishes to eat from would be helpful. And cutlery. Good thing we brought our own spoons, but bad to eat a meal from a shared microwave tray!

  I'm staying in Accor hotels quite often and in other chains as well all over the world. I came into this one for Agritechnica. The prices are crazy for a so not deserved 3 stars hotel. There were stains all over the floor in the room. Furnitures are outdated and worn out. And the very worst is how unprofessional and uncompetent the employees are. When you pay over 5000 € for 3 rooms for the all show ... you deserve , as a customer, a little bit of consideration. This has been, from far, the worst stay in an hotel within 20+ years of travels around the world. Lucky they are to have the hannover exposition center to bring them customer, however they treat them well or not. I do not recommend anyone to come and stay in this miserable place where à room doesn't worth more than 50 €.

  The hotel is good, our room was fresh and clean. The staff was polite and quickly resolved any problems that arose. The only negative is that there is no way to drive up to the hotel and carry your luggage. There is paid parking within a 5-minute walk, you just need to carefully follow the signs that say the name of the NOVOTEL hotel. Parking cost us 6€, with wide parking spaces.
