::We had a very nice stay. It is a very well located hotel, although it is not in the city center, it is a very nice walk (20 mins aprox to the Cathedral). Very close to the Chocolate museum. The staff at reception was really nice to us from the beginning to end. My only complain is there was not enough water pressure in the shower. Other than that everything was perfect. The bar and restaurant have very nice atmosphere and service as well.

::Room was nice and comfortable. However no free water to drink :/ Service at the reception was polite and everything went smoothly. No problem with check in or check out . Breakfast was excellent and fresh . I was really satisfied.

::From the first moment I arrived at the hotel, my experience was positive. Parking in the underground lot was easy. Check in was simple and quick, and the employee who helped me was very warm and friendly. My room was clean and modern, and the hotel was very quiet overnight. The breakfast buffet had a lot of good healthy options. I was able to leave my car at the hotel all day after checkout for a flat rate, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and I will book this hotel again.

::The heat wasn't working, it was quite cold in the rooms. A system to suction the steam from bathrooms would be great. Staff was great with us and we received a refund (after we were charged 30 euros for no reason) and tried to look into the heating problem. Rooms were very clean and nice. I like the idea of reducing waste, but the cleaning staff did not check our soap dispensers and we did not have hand soap for 3 out of 4 days of our stay.

::The room size is good, the lobby bar is nice, breakfast had a good number of items, and the onsite parking is very convenient. We enjoyed nearly everything...the only downside was that the housekeeping staff seemed to lack attention to detail when preparing our room. When we checked in, we had hardly any toilet paper or hair conditioner in our bathroom and one towel had a hole in it. The room itself was clean but those items seemed to have been overlooked.
