  Hotel is central but loud. Outdated. Stayed for 3 days in the Premium Room with minibar consumption included and the refrigerator in the room did not function. Informed the staff and was not fixed even after we checked out. Sauna is not working either. Informed the staff every day for 3 days but no use. Breakfast is not that good, not worth the price.

  I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Freiburg! The hotel room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the complimentary daily mini bar refill was a thoughtful touch. Booking a room for four people was a breeze, and the spacious accommodations exceeded our expectations. The overall experience was top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this hotel. We paid for 2 rooms as we are 5 and they gave us a room with one bed and the sofá. The extra bed was very uncomfortable and not appropriated for a 4-star hotel. We asked the manager to put another blanket over the extra bed but told us the bed was perfect and refused to help us. As for the staff, in general is very kind except for the manager. I recommend you to take a look at the rooms before paying the booking just in case.

  Had an amazing one night stay with them. The hotel location is great, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, bar was lovely. Above all they really made our special celebration very special, thank you very much. I must say one of the best Novotel experiences we’ve had in the last few years!!!!

  Very nice staff and very central. We have a family room and the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable for two kids, small and with mattresses so tiny that you feel the spring and it hurts all in the morning. The bathroom has a strong smell of urine. The plugs to charge the telephone are not close to the beds. The price is relatively good but 4 stars for such rooms are definitely not appropriate.
