  The branch manager is very unfriendly, when you walk past as a customer you are not greeted, you look annoyed. There doesn't seem to be any motivation to work either, aisles are blocked when you're putting things away so you can't get through. Items from advertising are sold on Friday/Saturday instead of Monday. I once worked at Norma Bad Königshofen. There was a lot of emphasis on friendliness, cleanliness and ensuring that goods from the brochure were only sold on the specified date.

  We go shopping here very often, the store is very clean and the people who work there are super nice. You can tell there in the branch that the employees get along 😀 You rarely see something like that, especially in this job. Hats off and keep it up.

  A well-stocked Norm branch with the usual wide range of offers. What surprised me is the enormous selection of beer. Unfortunately, despite everything, there was no non-alcoholic beer; the corresponding shelves were full of alcohol. I don't understand that these days.
