::Everything is very narrow and confusing. You can hardly get through the aisles with the carts. The range is also limited. The staff is not always in a good mood. Parking is also a problem.

::Norma products are very good in quality. Staff persons are very nice and helping. But i have only one complain: Norma branch in Quer straße, Nürnberg, they don't follow properly the guide line to avoid Covid virus. Disinfection liquid machine is there in entry but it's never being filled. Despite customers complain every time, but they don't bother.
