::Probably the worst Norma ever. The employees are unfriendly, the store is dingy and untidy. The fact that only pensioners shop there... they can't do anything about that. But apparently you have to adapt to their unfriendliness or deal with them rudely. Customers are shouted at by staff if they don't put their purchases on the conveyor belt quickly enough. And when the groceries are put away, they are thrown on your hands... Incomprehensible. Never again!
