  Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, immer alles gut zu finden und ausgeschildert, wenn man was sucht. Bin immer zufrieden. Beisnders hervorheben möchte ich: Viel Gemüse und Obst ohne Plastikverpackung, das was da ist an Sortiment immer frisch. Norma Filialen bräuchten halt insgesamt mal ein Makeover, aber sonst alles prima.

  Do they really want to sell something ??? I've asked myself this question many times. Slips of paper and the like mostly lying around in front of the entrance. A vegetable and fruit shelf to make others feel ashamed of. Once you have made it to the checkout, you are mostly ignored by the saleswoman who calmly clears her shelf or makes a trip to the warehouse first. I have never experienced such poor service in any other branch. Not even worth the one star.
