My father waited an hour in front of the store after his night shift to make sure he took advantage of the offer for a nectarine tree that was valid from that day on. He was the first customer to be told that all the trees were sold out. Even with offers that say "while stocks last", I expect that there is at least one stock. This isn't the first time this has happened in this store and I think it's a shame to repeatedly lure customers into the store with false offers.
