::The service person at the checkout gave me a badly damaged 5 euro bill when I got the change. When I asked if she could please give me another note, she said "NO" and quickly closed her register. I told her that this 5 euro note was too badly damaged for me. The lady replied: "If I don't like the banknote, I should go to the nearest bank and change it there.

::Promotional item (Jack Daniel's Original 0.33 liter) not received. Was there on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. No goods there. Employees had no idea whether goods were still coming. 2 stars at least because the staff were friendly.
