  i was there to pick-up an online order that i placed the night before. the woman who served me was very kind and helpful, she knew from the first second which order mine was and under 5 minutes i was already out of the shop. the shop is very clean and the atmosphere was really relaxed.

  Excellent location, in front of the City Hall (Rathaus). Attendant was very attentive. I love the self-service store, so practical and fast.

  I placed the order on the website #45509845 I was supposed to receive it today. But all I got is a letter and a notice from dhl to come to the town center pick it up. I don’t have a possibility to travel. This is exactly why I ordered online to my house address and paid for delivery. I can’t have a bunch of papers you sent me for breakfast .. I claim to get the delivery fee back. It’s not much but it’s unpleasant that I have been waiting for four days for delivery and still need to travel for that coffee. It’s totally ridiculous. I could have just saved my time going to the shop. I wouldn’t like my clients to have such a disappointing experience of service. Regards, Natallia Barmina
