::I asked for a particular item, they gave me the wrong item and then refused to change it the next day. The item was fora totally different purpose. It was unopened and I had the receipt etc. They just said it wasn’t possible even though the item I got was given to me by the pharmacist after I asked for something else. Usually I have good experiences here but not sure what happened this time ...
